Volunteering for and Celebrating Operation Fresh Start

It was a honor to join Operation Fresh Start along with Alder Rutherford-Martinez and Council President Regina Vidaveer. Spectrum generously donated $50k towards a new technology room and volunteers helped with painting and furniture assembly. I helped put together a few chairs and got to spend time with staff and volunteers.

It will be a tech hub for young adults to learn, work on their resumes, and use the latest software and tools.

OFS used to be in my back yard and that building is now Atwood Music Hall. The new building of Milwaukee street is beautiful!
